PRE-DAY FOUR

I have made it to Day Four without cheating on my diet once! I am so proud of myself.

The only issue I have had in the last 2 days is some degree of hunger at night. I think it is a matter of not eating enough earlier in the day. I am just not hungry in the morning for the most part.

I am going to experiment with that over the next two days and see what happens.


The best thing about today is that I have not experienced any headaches! I haven't felt tired for the most part. It has been really nice.

My cardio workouts need some help though. I tried to do the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workout today like Bill talks about but I just could not get through it. I was way too out of breath and my legs started tightening up on me too much doing the jog part. Perhaps I am going to have to do quite a bit of fast paced walking to build up to it.

Anyway, my spirits are high and I know I am going to get through all this.
