PRE- DAY TEN- BLEW IT!

Lessons learned and knowledge earned.

I blew it today on my eating and exercise. I felt pretty rundown afterwards as well. Now I have a good comparison for eating well and "eating hell".

I had so much energy yesterday that ran into last night as well. I did not get to sleep until REALLY late so I was also very tired today.

I figure there are some adjustments that I am going to have to go through during this program. I am willing to accept that and push through it.
