Here I am at Day Nine!
A great day for me today! Not only have I
kept in my eating and exercise I have just felt awesome all day and
things have gone exceptionally well!
I have to say that, even
if I have not lost that much physical weight, I feel like I lost a lot
of spiritual weight! I have felt lighter all day. (could be a combo of
physical/spiritual)
Anyway, here is my day:
Cardio day: 5/25 walk/jog
Nutrition:
M1: EAS Protein Shake (after cardio)
M2: Portion of lean hamburger (no bun), slice of tomato, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, bowl of raw spinach, 1/2 potato (baked)
M3: 2 hard boiled eggs and one medium sized banana
M4: Knorr Pasta sides (Classic Chow Mein) with added broccoli and green pepper and skinless/boneless chicken breast
M5: plan for another EAS Protein Shake
I know I am going to keep this progress going at this point. I feel too good now to go back!
