Today went much better than Day Ten for sure! I kept in my eating and some cardio.
Eating:
M1: 2 eggs on honey wheat toast and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
M2: 1 can of tuna, heated, baked potato with 1 tbl salsa, 2 cups of raw spinach with ranch dressing
M3: EAS Protein shake with frozen strawberries and almond milk
M4: Lean ground sirloin with Knorr Stroganoff Pasta sides and one medium onion cooked in
M5: 1 hard boiled egg and 1 banana
M6: EAS Protein shake with frozen strawberries and almond milk
Cardio:
15 minutes HIIT training on bike
5 minutes on elliptical machine
I feel so much better today. I am more focused and calm.
