PRE- DAY TWELVE

Today went pretty good. I did mess up on one of my meals today (dinner) but all is not lost.

Eating:

M1: 1 medium banana
M2: 1 can of white albacore, medium baked potato with 1 tbl salsa, 2 1/2 cups of raw spinach with 1 tbl of ranch dressing
M3: 1 whole egg and two egg whites- scrambled with one slice of cheddar cheese on two slices of honey wheat bread with 3 slices of 50% lean turkey bacon.
M4: Big ole' hamburger with lettuce and tomato and french fries (my mess up)
M5: Plan to have an EAS protein shake with frozen strawberries and almond milk


Exercise:

5/25 Upper Body Workout on Boflex:
Chest: Incline Flyes 10 reps at 80 lb x5
Shoulders: Seated shoulder press; 10 reps at 30 lb x5
Back: Seated rows; 10 reps at 120 lb x5
Triceps: Tricep kickbacks: 10 reps at 40 lb x5
Biceps: Standing bicep curls: 10 reps at 60 lb x5

Felt pretty energetic today. It is getting easier to keep in the eating without too much attention on it.

Official challenge for me starts on Monday the 16th- looking forward to it!
