Day 3: Official Challenge 01/18/12

This has been a very rough day for me. I could not sleep again last night and I had to sleep in some this morning. I woke up with a pretty bad headache that just got worse throughout the day.

I did not feel like working out this morning either. I had to handle myself to do it tonight. More on that in a moment.

Nutrition:


M1: EAS Protein Shake with 1 cup frozen strawberries and 1.5 cups of almond milk
M2: Turkey burger on whole wheat bread, 1 baked potato with salsa and 2 cups of raw spinach
M3: 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites fried with 1 slice of cheddar cheese 4 slices of turkey bacon on 2 slices of whole wheat toast
M4: Chicken breast with pasta, red peppers, corn in chipoltle sauce
M5: One bag of lite popcorn
M6: EAS Protein shake with 1 cup frozen strawberries and 1.5 cups of almond milk

Exercise: None

I found out tonight that my BowFlex is insufficient for working my lower body. So, until I can get a good weight bench and weights or join a gym I will have to figure out some other way to keep my muscles worked. More on that tomorrow.
