Day 2 and counting. It's going well overall. I found that I was more
hungry today than I have been. Looking over my eating I have decided I
need to add a little larger portions to each of my larger meals. I have
been keeping track of my calories and even with eating 6 full meals I am
about 800 calories from my daily goal. I am going to tweak this
tomorrow and see how it goes.
Nutrition:
M1: 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites, 2 slices turkey bacon and two slices of whole wheat toast with 1 tbl of natural peanut butter
M2: 1 can of albacore tuna with 2 cups of raw spinach and 1 banana
M3: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 banana
M4: EFL chicken fajitas
M5: 1 bag of lite popcorn
M6: EAS Protein shake with 1 cup frozen strawberries and 1.5 cups of almond milk

So, overall still feeling good. I have noticed today a definite relation between being well fed and how I feel emotionally.
