Day 1: Official Challenge 01/16/12

Here I am near the end of my first day on the official challenge.

First, stats:

Workout:

5/25 UBWO: Chest, Shoulders, Back, Triceps and Biceps.


Nutrition:
M1: EFL Spanish Omelet
M2: EAS Protein shake w/ frozen strawberries and almond milk
M3: Turkey burger w/ lettuce & tomato- 1/2 baked potatoe
M4: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
M5: EFL Zesty Italian Chicken
M6: EAS Protein shake w/ frozen strawberries and almond butter

I feel really good right now and I look forward to tomorrow.
